Deliveries will generally be made within 24-48 hours (72 hours in case of force majeure), depending on the destination point or the distance from the delivery center. According to the guarantees of the Commercial Code Art. 336, packages must be checked upon receipt. In case of damage or incomplete delivery, the customer must submit a written complaint to the carrier:

  • Immediately upon delivery, on the carrier's delivery note.
  •  Confirm this complaint to the carrier within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
  •  Notify SKS DENTAL by calling (34) 962 425 366 immediately, in order to solve the problem together.
The goods cannot be returned or resent if these conditions are not respected. SKS reserves the right to split orders into several packages and / or shipments and is not responsible for a delay of the carrier or post office.

• SARKIMPSA IMPORT SLU cannot be held responsible for the partial delivery of an order due to a breakage of stock or to the provisional or definitive unavailability of the manufacturer. In these cases, a message will appear on the invoice indicating whether you must place a new order for the products concerned or if they will be sent to you at a later date, carriage paid.

• SARKIMPSA IMPORT SLU, in the case of special offers of gift items or service not usually marketed, reserves the right to replace them with other equivalent, in case of stock out. It also reserves the right to replace it with another of equivalent amount in the case of defects of origin or malfunction.


• The postage and packaging are free for those orders of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands whose amount is equal to or greater than 100 € (VAT not included).

• To all orders whose value is less than 100 € will be applied a fee of 6.50 € (+ VAT) in Peninsula and 9.50 € (+ VAT) for Portugal, as shipping and packaging costs.

• Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (VAT exempt provinces): Orders will be shipped at a flat rate (Canary Islands 100 €, Ceuta and Melilla 60 €).

• All the expenses at destination originated by the purchase will be paid by the customer (IGIC, local taxes, etc.).
