Instructions for use:
Adjust the setter in the direction of the long axis of the teeth to position over the aligner without actually biting down until the correct position is reached, as this could cause damage to the aligner.
Once well positioned and holding the white plastic handle, bite down lightly.
In case of use in order to exercise the bite muscle, do not exceed 15 minutes and avoid the orthopaedic side.
